Your Visit, Step by Step
Arrival & Check-In
Arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit. Our friendly front desk team will greet you, verify your information, and get you checked in quickly.
Meet Your Veterinarian
You'll be introduced to one of our veterinarians who will take time to learn about your pet's history, lifestyle, and any concerns you have before the exam begins.
Comprehensive Examination
Your veterinarian will perform a thorough nose-to-tail physical exam, checking your pet's eyes, ears, teeth, coat, weight, heart, lungs, and abdomen.
Diagnosis & Recommendations
After the exam, your veterinarian will discuss their findings, answer your questions, and recommend any treatments, vaccines, or follow-up care needed.
Treatment & Care Plan
If any treatments are recommended, we'll explain the options and costs clearly before proceeding. You'll always have the final say in your pet's care.
Check-Out & Next Steps
Our team will walk you through any medications or home care instructions, schedule follow-up visits if needed, and answer any remaining questions.
